Two separate spaces, one curated seamless event.

At Moss Denver, we offer two different rooms to fit your event needs: The Edison Room and The Chandelier Room. The Edison Room is the perfect place to host welcome drinks for your company event or dinner with your company stakeholders. The Edison bulb ceiling and waterfall bar cultivate a celebratory atmosphere for your holiday party or company celebration! The Chandelier Room is perfect for a seated meal or lecture. This room has a built-in screen, projector, and sound system so you can easily host a training session or honoree lunch! Our recently renovated conference room is the ideal location for your team’s next meeting or creative brainstorm session. With seats for up to 16 people, a bar and multiple lounge areas your team will be grateful for the fun and unique off-site meeting location. Whether you are a WFH professional needed a place to meet clients or a team looking for a change of pace, our conference room will fit your needs.

Inclusions

Rental rate includes ten hours of venue access with four hours for setup, five event hours and one hour to tear down.
Additional hours are available for $300/setup hour and $500/event hour, not pro-rated.
Venue rental is inclusive of (25) 5’ round tables, 200 natural wood slatted folding chairs, (6) 6’ banquet tables, (1) 8’ banquet table, 5 high cocktail tables and additional select in-house furniture.
Venue rental is inclusive of both the Edison and Chandelier Rooms and Conference Room, Venue Manager, Access to Audio System, Projector and Screen, Existing Décor, Self-Parking and Parking Lot (Mon-Fri after 5pm, all day Saturday & Sunday).
Prime dates include national holidays and other dates as defined by ownership.

Rate & Policy Notes

Event time is defined when guests are at the venue. Additional rental time to the event time is for setup and tear down, when applicable. All vendors must deliver within this time
All events must conclude by 11:00 P.M. Friday-Saturday and 10:00 P.M. Sunday-Thursday.
Non-profit and military discounts available.
Our max capacity is 300 people. For seated events we recommend 200 max since this is the total amount that can be seated in one room for a meal..
